These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Social House Learning (SMHM Services LLP), the operator of DISHA AI ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing, browsing, or using the DISHA AI website at dishaai.co.in or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

DISHA AI is an AI-powered career mentoring platform developed by Social House Learning. The platform provides:

• AI Career Roadmap Generator: Personalised, step-by-step career plans based on user inputs.
• AI University Finder: College and university recommendations based on field, budget, and location preference.
• Performance Dashboard: Career readiness scoring and skill analysis using AI.
• AI Chat Mentor: A conversational AI assistant for career and education queries.
• Student Hub: Community features for peer interaction and networking.

The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

You may use DISHA AI if you meet the following conditions:

• You are at least 13 years of age. Users under 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Your use does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in India or your country of residence.

Users between 13 and 18 years of age are considered minors and should use the platform under parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for their child's use of the service.

Certain features of DISHA AI (such as the dashboard and learning streak) require registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info.socialhouselearning@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised account access.
• Not create accounts using automated means or under false pretences.
• Not share your account credentials with third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

DISHA AI is powered by AI language models (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content has inherent limitations:

• All roadmaps, college recommendations, career advice, and analyses produced by the AI are for informational and guidance purposes only.
• AI outputs should not be treated as professional academic, financial, legal, or medical advice.
• We strongly recommend verifying all AI-generated recommendations with qualified counselors, institutions, or professionals before making major decisions.
• Social House Learning is not responsible for academic, professional, or financial outcomes based solely on AI recommendations.
• AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information ("hallucinations").

You agree not to use DISHA AI for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or harm to other users or third parties.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the platform or its AI systems.
• Submitting spam, unsolicited messages, or commercial solicitations through the contact form or community features.
• Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or providing false information.
• Circumventing or abusing rate limits or other security controls on the platform.
• Generating or distributing harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or deceptive content through the AI features.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

All content on DISHA AI — including but not limited to the logo, design, graphics, text, code, AI prompts, and branding — is the exclusive property of Social House Learning (SMHM Services LLP) and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written permission.
• The "DISHA AI" name and associated branding are trademarks of Social House Learning.
• Personal, non-commercial use of the platform's features (e.g., saving your own roadmap) is permitted.

When you submit content to DISHA AI (such as bio text, career goals, or messages), you grant Social House Learning a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

• You retain ownership of content you create.
• You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• AI-generated outputs based on your inputs (roadmaps, analyses) are provided to you for personal use.

DISHA AI integrates with and links to third-party services, including:

• Google Gemini API — AI inference engine powering all AI features.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — Usage analytics and performance monitoring.
• Render.com — Backend hosting for the API proxy.
• Social House Learning Website — The parent organisation's website.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Social House Learning shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of DISHA AI.
• Loss of data, revenue, opportunities, or academic outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, server downtime, or technical issues.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated advice or recommendations.
• Actions taken by third-party services integrated with the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DISHA AI, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• Your conduct is harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform's integrity.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or court order.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info.socialhouselearning@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of DISHA AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

We encourage you to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info.socialhouselearning@gmail.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

For significant changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email (for registered users) or a prominent notice on the website before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of DISHA AI after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform.
